We are happy to announce that we shall exhibit at the « XXVIth Biennale des Antiquaires » in the Grand Palais Paris from 14th to 23 September 2012.
Numerous high quality objects in our specialities (marine & sciences, canes of collection, tobacco and opium objects) will be presented on our stand (H14 - Salon d'Honneur).
Among marine and sciences objects, you will see :
- astrolabes,
- the Earl Claret de Fleurieu architect set chest,
- a 17th century nocturnal,
- around 40 sundials (in ivory, wood and silver) as from 16th century,
- a tellurium/planetarium/lunarium signed "Bergé late Ramsden",
- globes and armillary spheres as from 17th century,
- a pair of barometer and thermometer signed "Magny à Paris",
- a Marin Marie aquarelle and book,
- a narwhal tooth (Renaissance period),
- some royal dock yards models,
- a 17th century sand glass high dimension,
- telescopes as from 17th century,
- some marine chronometers (one day, two days, eight days),
- nautical instruments...
