Wedding pipe in turned ivory with a silver lining.

The bowl is in the form of a female bust in traditional costume with a headdress decorated with vine shoots, and a breastplate formed by a strawberry and openwork medallions, ending in an eagle's head.

The hearth closes with a crown-shaped lid.

The back, formed by a draped and carved decoration, supports an end-piece entirely carved with a decoration of flowers and fruit used to attach the pipe.

The pipe is made of turned ivory cylinders and rings.

Dimension: total length of 73 cm.

Dieppe dating from the early 19th century.
